Joining the Secret Service, Office of the Director will allow you to serve as a confidential and impartial resource, listening to employee concerns, facilitating informal resolution processes, and identifying systemic issues to drive organizational improvement and enhance workplace effectiveness. What You'll Do
- →The selectee will serve as a Organizational Ombudsman in the Office of the Director.
- →Typical work assignments include: Independently establishing and managing the Ombudsman Program for the agency.
- →Monitoring program progress and evaluating performance against objectives.
- →Identifying training needs and organizes training sessions based on program findings.
- →Providing management and stakeholders with recommendations, tools, and best practices to resolve problems and improve program effectiveness.
- →Reviewing requests for assistance from leaders, managers, and employees.
- →Using independent judgment and discretion to address concerns and complaints.
- →Applying different multi-disciplinary methods and approaches to find solutions and resolve issues.
- →Maintaining direct and confidential liaison with stakeholders to ensure visibility and transparency on systemic policies, procedures, and best practices that impact communication, dialogue, collaboration, equitable outcomes, and efficiency.
- →Serving as an expert consultant by providing neutral, expert, and confidential advice to all stakeholders.

Requirements
- ✓Citizenship is required.
- ✓Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service If selected for this position, you will be required to: Obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Tier 5 clearance.
