About the Role

This position is located at Fort Riley, Kansas. Join the Fort Riley NAF Support Services Division. This vital team provides foundation and structure for the Morale Welfare and Recreation programs and businesses that support active military and family readiness and well-being.

What You'll Do

  • Serves as the Operations Support Specialist to the FMWR Director and senior leadership.
  • Exercises independent judgment and skill in applying support services assisting leadership with planning, reports/briefings, strategy, special projects,and rosters, reviews plans, programs, and regulations pertaining to personnel, administration.
  • Prepares and reviews correspondence briefings and charts; manages meetings and maintaining calendars for the Director.
  • Oversees, coordinates, and performs the service, supply and procurement functions for the office and maintains knowledge of internal resources to mitigate and/or report disruption of service/support.
  • Provides administrative and logistical support and overall office management for the supervisor and/or staff in connection with the accomplishment of assigned functions.
