What You'll Do
- →Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of staff and unit positions and perspectives and present recommendations that directly contributes to the rapid identification and resolution of potential issues.
- →Receive general instructions as to scope of assignments and broad objectives.
- →Gather information, identifying and analyzing issues, coordinating various interrelated projects, and developing recommendations to resolve substantive problems of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations and training support.
- →Ability to communicate by telephonic contacts with both supported organizations and higher and adjacent headquarters.
- →Perform daily execution of assignments requires the integrated application of the functions with a solid practical knowledge of all operational regulations, policies and precedents, which affect the operations center.
- →Serve as Contracting Officer Representative primarily for requirements for heavy equipment and contractors to serve as role players in training scenarios.
