Joining the Secret Service, Office of Protective Operations, George W Bush Protective Division will allow you to perform logistical, analytical, and administrative assignments and projects required to support the agency on foreign domestic details. What You'll Do
- →The selectee will serve as an Operations Specialist (Logistics) in the Office of Protective Operations, George W.
- →Bush Protective Division.
- →Typical work assignments include: Leads and conducts logistical, analytical, and administrative assignments and projects in support of foreign and domestic details and provides advice and assistance to management on logistics and operations.
- →The incumbent collaborates with internal and external stakeholders regarding protective visits and maintains liaison to ensure proper staffing for each protectee detail based on threat level.
- →The incumbent is responsible for creating and approving trip requests in the protective assignment systems, including providing information regarding reporting instructions, personnel notifications, hotel accommodations, and scheduled hours for staff for each protective visit.
- →The incumbent regularly evaluates programs for efficiency, identifies areas for improvement, and recommends corrective actions to increase service delivery.
- →Collaborate with leadership to resolve logistical challenges, implement interagency agreements, and ensure adherence to federal regulations and USSS policies.
- →As required, the incumbent represents the organization in meetings, briefings, and working groups, providing subject-matter expertise on logistics operations, operational efficiencies, and resource management.

Requirements

- ✓Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service If selected for this position, you will be required to: Obtain and maintain a Top-secret Tier 5 clearance.
