About the Position: This Occupational Therapist position at the Army Health Clinic Wiesbaden, in Wiesbaden, Germany, contains supervisory responsibilities alongside clinical duties such as clinical screening, evaluation, and early intervention services to children. What You'll Do
- →Collaborates in interdisciplinary teams to develop and update Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- →Delivers early intervention services in natural environments, adapting environments and strategies to optimize child functional development.
- →Attends Case Study Committee (CSC) meetings and provides ongoing consultation with inter-disciplinary/inter-agency team members that impact the student’s program.
- →Coordinates and participates in Child Find activities to identify and refer infants, toddlers, and school-aged children who require early intervention.
- →Performs screenings and evaluations using professional diagnostic techniques and standardized pediatric assessment tools to determine developmental and educational needs.
- →Supervises professional and support staff to include, but not limited to, assigning work, evaluating performance, and developing performance standards.
- →Manages and integrates program services and functions into the overall operations of the Educational and Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS) organization.
