About the Position This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Perform a variety of nursing assistant care duties, ranging from routine to moderately specialized in nature within patient-care unit(s).
- →Assist patients with their personal daily living skills, such as, bathing, a.m. care, p.m. care, feeding, etc.
- →Obtain patient vital signs, height and weight, lab collection, etc.
- →Document patient information into electronic medical records/system.
- →Set up equipment and instruments for routine and complex examinations and procedures.
- →Change linen, position, and turn bedridden patients, initiate measures to prevent skin breakdown.
- →Serve as a clinical chaperone during sensitive procedures.
- →Obtain Record vital signs (height, weight, head circumference) and accurately documented data within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
