What You'll Do
- →Provides a comprehensive wound care assessment for patients referred for consultation, treatment, and management in order to identify wound etiology, formulate goals (healing, maintenance, stabilization, or palliative) and a plan of care in collaboration with the primary provider and the inmate.
- →Formulate and recommend implementing a plan of care in collaboration with the provider or implement by an established protocol identifying expected outcomes for the treatment and management of wounds.
- →Provides for evaluation of wound healing goals (healing, stabilization, or palliation maintenance) and individualized outcomes with plans for ongoing management with recommendations for continuity and/or consultation and referral/elevation of care as needed.
- →Assist in in determining conditions, resources and policies essential to delivery of the health care services.
- →Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution.
- →The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.

- ✓Be rated well-qualified for the position, scoring at least half of the total possible points for the vacancy KSAs or competencies; and 3.
- ✓Submit the appropriate documentation to support your CTAP or ICTAP eligibility: A copy of the agency notice (i.e., separation notice or agency RIF letter), Most recent performance appraisal, and Most recent SF-50 showing current/former position, grade, promotion potential, and duty location.
