What You'll Do
- →Total Compensation Package - Check out IHS's outstanding total compensation package for this job: Registered Nurse Total Compensation | Pay (ihs.gov) Responsible for setting up and monitoring patients enrolled in disease specific home monitoring and communicating clinical information of changes to clinical plan between patient and provider/care team.
- →Develop and maintain patient registries based on disease, health condition and/or health prevention initiatives.
- →Assist with triage of patients, including triaging telephone calls and walk-in patients.
- →Prepare patients for tests, exams and treatments.
- →Coordinate appointments and procedures for patients who need further care or continuity of care at other facilities.
- →Provide counseling and teaching to patient and families on preventive, curative and rehabilitative measures involved in health care.
Requirements
