Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, Boston Field Office, Logan Airport Division, located in Boston, Massachusetts. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

- →In this position you will Provide authoritative guidance and expert technical advice in a variety of mission support functional areas for a Field Office, large Port of Entry, or Headquarters Directorate.
- →This position starts at a salary of $101,375.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $131,790.00 (GS-12, Step 10).

- →While serving as a Mission Support Specialist, typical duties will include: Leading initiatives to streamline and improve administrative operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- →Evaluating program performance and identifying opportunities for process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- →Supporting management by delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for program improvements.
- →Designing and implementing innovative solutions to address organizational challenges and optimize service delivery.
- →Facilitating communication and coordination among teams to support the successful execution of mission support activities.
