About the Position: Serves as the Chief of Military Pay Operations for the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC), The Adjutant General Directorate, Military Pay Division, Fort Knox, KY.
What You'll Do
- →Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure MILPAY operations comply with DoD and Treasury regulations.
- →Advise on work accomplishments and administrative information related to HRC, TAGD, MILPAY operations.
- →Govern the development, integration, and implementation of current and future military pay capabilities within Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A).
- →Develop performance metrics and monitor progress toward strategic objectives.
- →Participate in senior level committees, conferences, meetings, and working groups.
- →Coordinate with DFAS, Treasury, and other stakeholders to resolve cross-agency issues.
- →Supervise the assigned organization which consists of increasing numbers of professional administrative and financial management personnel.
- →Evaluate the impact of legislative, policy, or procedural changes.
