About the Position: This position is located at Army Health Clinic Presidio, Directorate of Branch Clinics, Army Health Clinic Family Medicine Service, Monterey, CA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service
What You'll Do
- →Complete screening of patients for Privilege Providers to include recording chief complaint, blood pressure, pulse, respirations, temperature, height, weight, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and other moderately complex tests.
- →Follow standing orders for dose adjustment of immunization in accordance with Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), Center for Disease Control (CDC), and other applicable guidelines.
- →Instruct patients and families on various subjects, such as the proper procedure or following receipt of immunization in accordance with established protocols.
- →Receive telephone calls, patients, and visitors to the medical facility to determine the nature of the call or visit.
- →Explain all instructions and/or any diagnostic preparation related to the treatment plan.
