About the Position: The Medical Support Assistant (Office Automation) performs the full range of receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties within one of the various Physical Therapy clinics at Womack Army Medical Center. Working hours are approximately Monday - Friday, 0630 - 1500 or 0730 - 1600. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact in person or telephonically.
- →Manage messaging system for the clinic.
- →Confirm eligibility for care with administration department.
- →Review information and data from automated healthcare systems.
- →Maintain patient records in electronic and paper forms.
- →File medical documentation in the patients record.
- →Scheduling patient appointments for medical visits.
