What You'll Do
- →Perform a full range of receptionist, record keeping and miscellaneous clerical duties within the Medical Treatment Facility.
- →Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact, in person or telephonically.
- →Provides support and input for the coordination of administrative services (e.g., scheduling, templates, staffing, and training) performed within various health care facilities or offices.
- →Assess patients' administrative needs and provides guidance or assistance in resolving patient concerns.
- →Provides clear and concise directions for patient care.
