This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense (DoD) Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located in the Department of Pediatrics at Fort Bragg, NC.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the initial point of contact to greet and receive patients.
- →Performs the full range of receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties within the ambulatory setting.
- →Schedules appropriate patient appointments.
- →Maintain patient records, both electronic and paper, ensuring each entry contains proper patient and healthcare provider information.
- →Enter and retrieve patient data from automated healthcare systems.
