About the Position: This position is located with the 1st Special Operations Medical Hurlburt Field, Air Force Base, Florida. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Recruitment or relocation incentive MAY be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Student loan repayment MAY be authorized Salary negotiation MAY be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Advanced leave accrual MAY be authorized. Advanced in hire MAY be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Perform the full range of receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties.
- →Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact, in person or telephonically.
- →Obtain identifying information and determines the nature of the visit/call.
- →Ensure eligibility for care, and contacts Patient Administration for verification.
- →Schedule, maintain, and monitor patient appointment schedules for the clinic/practice.
