About the Position: This position is located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Directorate of RM Clinical Support and Operations at Fort Carson, Colorado. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Provide support and input for the coordination of administrative services (e.g., scheduling, templates, staffing, and training) performed within the health care facilities or offices.
- →Enter, upload maintain, review, and/or update health care records (e.g., patient data, patient identifiers).
- →Assess patients' administrative needs and provide guidance or assistance in resolving patient concerns.
- →Ability to provide clear and concise directions for patient care.
- →Perform clerical duties utilizing health care automated software.
