About the Position: This position is with Reynolds Army Health Clinic located at Fort Sill, OK. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary negotiation may be available to candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Determine validity of request and authority of release for information.
- →Maintain control logs for tracking status of requests and other pertinent information.
- →Review medical records in order to abstract only information that provide direct response to request.
- →Prepare response to inquiries and ensures only relevant factual information is released.
- →Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of the unit.
- →Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) to query patient treatment, eligibility, location of records and request information from other record holding areas.
