About the Position: This position is located within the Naval Health Clinic, Directorate of Administration, Patient Administration, Oak Harbor, Washington. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Technical evaluation of medical records and registration of new patients.
- →Compile reports and file appropriate forms regarding medical records as needed.
- →Ensure medical records are readily available for patient care, quality assurance, audits, legal reviews, etc.
- →Perform weekly quality review that includes review and screening of medical records to ensure medical records are properly filed and sequenced.
- →Screen and analyze medical records of beneficiaries.
