You will serve as a Marine Placement Assistant in the CSU-E (N12C1), of the CIVMAR SUPPORT GROUP (N12C), in the CIVMAR Program Manager (N12), of the Total Force Management (N1), of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide onboarding presentation to New Hire Civilian Mariners regarding CIVMAR Support Group (CSG) check-in and hotel eligibility requirements.
- →You will aid CIVMARs by reviewing and assisting with the verification and completion of Official Passport applications.
- →You will ensure daily muster of CIVMARs assigned to pool.
- →Manages CIVMAR assignment to the contract hotel and ensure distribution of Subsistence and Quarters payments.
- →You will act as liaison between CIVMARs awaiting assignment and Detailers.
