About the Position: Provides administrative support to the Headquarters, Assistant Chief of Staff (ACoS) G4, Installation Management Command-Europe. Provides staff with expert advice and guidance, defining new methods and techniques, and ensuring understandings of administrative and procedural requirements. The position supports the staff in the areas of personnel and manpower, administrative and knowledge management, and tasks and staff actions.
What You'll Do
- →Provide a high level of support and services in various administrative areas and assigned responsibilities.
- →Independently compose non-technical and technical correspondence based on verbal and written policies, precedents, and practices.
- →Interface directly with senior action officers and executive office staff members in tasked staff offices and major subordinate commands.
- →Track tasks until action is complete using proper tasking channels.
- →Establish overall standard operating procedures to meet current/changing conditions.
