What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: To perform functions as the Commander's Support Staff (CSS).
- →As such, the incumbent will administer and direct the units Commander's Support Staff functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- →DUTY 1: Plans, organizes, and oversees the full complement of activities within the Group Commander's Support Staff (CSS).
- →DUTY 2: Plans, organizes and executes all Group information management and personnel activities.
- →DUTY 3: Manages training programs for administration (3A1X1) and personnel (3S0X1) in accordance with established command guidelines.
- →DUTY 4: Serves as the Group point of contact and liaison with the servicing Force Support Squadron on personnel and manpower actions.
- →DUTY 5: Prepares and delivers presentations such as briefings, training sessions, and consultations with serviced Commander(s), other staff agencies and functional areas to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters and convey information.
