This position is located at Shemin Fitness Center. What You'll Do
- →Incumbent works under the direction and reports to the Support Services Specialist.
- →Receives, interprets, initiates, and processes maintenance requests for repairs or services.
- →Coordinates the initial and long-term planning for the maintenance of all material and equipment utilized by the installation.
- →Oversees a comprehensive preventive maintenance program and coordinates on-demand maintenance.
- →Serves as warranty coordinator by monitoring and maintaining reports of equipment under warranty.
- →Ensures the program performs within budgetary constraints with purchases, repair parts and supplies.
- →Inspects and diagnoses equipment to make a determination on the best means to repair equipment.
- →Coordinates appropriate course of actions for repairs.
- →Identifies equipment to be salvaged or what disposition should be made.
