The primary purpose of this position is: As a lead specialist provide the pedagodical and instructional leadership for Child Development Programs and Youth Centers, esuring programs comply with standards outlined by Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force (AF), and National Accreditation organizations.
What You'll Do
- →Plans and directs an all inclusive curriculum for children birth to 5 years of age and plan and direct positive youth development for youth 6 to 18 years of age that promotes school readiness and support ongoing life success.
- →Develops plan to improve overall operations, compliance with regulatory requirements and national accreditation standards.
- →Enforce AF Inclusion Practices support children who may have special needs or complex behaviors.
- →Represent program with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
