This position is located at: Fort Riley Intramural Sports - Fort Riley, Kansas. Fort Riley Intramural Sports provides competitive, mission-focused leagues and tournaments that strengthen Soldier readiness, morale, and unit cohesion. The program offers year-round team and individual sports, supports unit participation, ensures safe play, and delivers organized, high-quality recreation for Soldiers across the installation.
What You'll Do
- →Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilitates and machinery.
- →Plans, conducts, publicize and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions.
- →Leads, distributes, trains and balances the work-load of other employees.
- →Inventory and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
- →Answers questions of other employees on procedures, policies, and directives.
- →Provides leadership, guidance and oversight in program operations.
- →Provides on-the job training to new employees.
- →Prepare fields and courts for competitions, and monitors the competitions.
- →Line and drag softball and baseball fields.
- →Operates ATVs, tractors, mowers and string trimmers.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
