This position serves as a Lead Patient Representative at the Parma VA Outpatient Clinic, providing patient advocacy support for Veterans in the Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), most directly supporting the Associate Chief, and other Patient Advocates/Patient Relations Assistants in the CBOCs. The incumbent serves as a key point of contact for patients and staff and works in collaboration with other facility Patient Advocates on complex issues or complaints across service lines.

Requirements
