About the Role
This position is located in the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Human Resources Directorate (HRD), Technology and Data Support Division. Serves as a Lead Human Resources Specialist in the HRD Processing Branch.
What You'll Do
- →Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Leads the team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established work flow.
- →Serves as coach, facilitator and/or negotiator in coordinating team initiatives and in consensus building activities among team members.
- →Intercedes with the supervisor on behalf of the team to inform the supervisor of performance management issues or problems and recommends/requests related actions such as assignments, reassignments, promotions, tour of duty changes, peer reviews, and performance appraisals.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GS-13 grade level.
