About the Role

What You'll Do
- →Leads a Non-appropriated Fund HR team in executing work, plans and strategies within the assigned NAF operation.
- →Ensures work is performed to statutory, regulatory and operational requirements.
- →Trains, advises and guides team members on work procedures and best practices, regulatory and operational requirements.
- →Initiates and responds to internal customer, employees and candidates.
- →Prepares and analyzes performance and productivity reports, provides data for briefings, identifies areas for improvement.
