About the Role
Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Enterprise Services (ES), Office of Human Resources Management (HRM), Processing Branch (PSC) located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.
What You'll Do
- →In this Lead Human Resources Specialist position in the Processing Branch you will serve as the Processing Lead which entails a variety of coordinating, coaching, facilitating and planning techniques to assist the branch supervisor with managing a team of Human Resources Specialists and Assistants in the Processing Branch.
- →This position starts at a salary of $90,341.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $117,446.00 (GS-12, Step 10).
