- →The United States Space Force (USSF) at Joint Base San Antonio, TX is searching for a Lead Human Resources Information Systems Requirements Manager (NH-0201-04, GS-14/15 Equivalent).
- →Description: Are you a tech-savvy HR expert ready to drive the digital transformation in the Department of War's most technically advanced service?
- →We are looking for a senior Human Resources Specialist to lead our HR Information Systems Requirements strategy.
- →In this critical role, you will be the primary authority on evaluating, analyzing, prioritizing, and developing new HR IT system requirements and enhancements to existing systems.
- →You will not just manage systems; you will innovate-developing new procedures, creating analytical reports that inform strategic decisions, and training our team on best practices.
- →Your expertise will be vital in providing technical guidance to management and ensuring our HR technology directly supporting the United States Space Force's ability to secure our Nation's interests in, from and to space.

- →Ideal Candidate: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- →This individual must have extensive, hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Department of War military and civilian HR systems.
- →The candidate will have a proven track record of developing system procedures, ensuring data integrity, and serving as a team leader or subject matter expert on complex HRIS projects.
- →They must possess in-depth knowledge of federal HR principles and regulations, combined with exceptional analytical and communication skills to effectively advise senior management.
- →Key Skills and Abilities: 1.
- →Expert technical knowledge of, and skill in applying, advance Space Force personnel principles, concepts, methods, and practices; engineering concepts; and Space Force personnel management information systems concepts and methods and their interrelationships. 2.
- →Expert knowledge of the theories, principles, practices, and techniques of personnel systems administration and overall knowledge of the objectives, principles, and procedures of HR management. 3.
