The primary purpose of this position is to to operate as a Lead Educational Technician providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising leadership and mentorship for nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Child Development Programs, Child and Youth Services Flight, and 49th Force Support Squadron.
What You'll Do
- →Designs, implements, and reviews activity plans.
- →Observes and evaluates each child's health and development and reports on and maintains records of observations.
- →Provides technical assistance/guidance and leadership to all junior employees assigned to the program.
- →Responsible for assisting the Assistant Director/Director with the operations of the Child Development Center.
