About the Position: Position is located at the Lakenheath, UK DeCA Commissary store. Serve as a working leader over a group of at least three or more employees performing store-level work in accounts and price maintenance and, as assigned, supply work at the GS-04 grade level. Perform the work of the positions led.
What You'll Do
- →Perform account maintenance, computer operations, and supply clerical duties.
- →Distribute and balance workload among employees, assuring timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
- →Monitor the status and progress of work and make adjustments as needed.
- →Review completed work assignments for accuracy.
- →Give on-the-job training to new employees.
- →Provide input to the supervisor on work performance and progress.
- →Provide information to the supervisor concerning employee attendance, work performance, and conduct and discipline.
