What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Team Lead for the Command Administrative Division, guiding daily workflows, distributing tasks, and providing on-the-job training to a mixed civilian and military team.
- →You will act as the command's Subject Matter Expert for all core administrative programs, ensuring compliance with Department of the Navy standards for Correspondence, Directives, and Records Management.
- →You will serve as the Command Top Secret Auditor, ensuring strict compliance with classified material handling, storage, and destruction procedures.
- →You will function as the command's Privacy Act/FOIA Coordinator and the primary administrative point of contact for JAGMAN investigations and other sensitive legal matters.
- →You will act as the primary coordinator for the Comprehensive Assessment Program (CAP), responsible for preparing, collecting, and analyzing data for over 2,400 internal assessments.
- →You will develop and present complex readiness and compliance reports to senior leadership and facilitate the command's CAP Oversight Panel (CAPOP).
- →You will apply Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) methodologies to analyze administrative workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- →You will manage and provide oversight for all Military Personnel Administration tasks, including the processing of awards, evaluations, and service records.
- →You will serve as the command's Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Coordinator, facilitating the governance process and championing risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- →You will provide critical performance feedback and training recommendations for your team members to the Executive Staff Supervisor to support their professional development.
