Joining the Secret Service, Office of the Deputy Director, Operational Medicine Division will allow you to oversee the management and tracking of equipment and supplies, including emergency medical items, by maintaining accurate inventory records. What You'll Do
- →The selectee will serve as an Inventory Management Specialist in the Office of the Deputy Director, Operational Medicine Division.
- →Typical work assignments include: Managing the distribution of equipment and supplies including emergency medical items for the division; ensuring proper handling and security compliance of property as well as tracking property assignment and return using automated systems.
- →Analyzing the budget impact of current and future supply and property needs, preparing budget estimates and reports for supplies and equipment, and reviewing data to forecast funding needs and plan for property replacement.
- →Planning and coordinating the procurement, delivery, payment, and distribution of inventory and property for the division, establishing and maintaining effective inventory management processes, policies, and procedures.
- →Requesting and validating information from division personnel, identifying and reconciling errors through reviewing and analyzing source documents, records, and files, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the organization's inventory records.

Requirements

- ✓Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service If selected for this position, you will be required to: Obtain and maintain a Top Secret Tier 5 clearance.
