What You'll Do
- →You will respond to difficult issues, providing expert attention and guidance.
- →You will develop classification and staffing models and guides, as well as identifying the most effective and efficient processes for SES positions.
- →You will provide advice regarding effective use of current and projected Senior Executive allocations and the use and status of HQE-SM and HQE appointees.
- →You will provide information and guidance that assists each senior executive with their unique leadership and technical training goals.
- →You will provide expert advice and assistance relative to the interpretation of statues, regulations, etc., associated with the staffing function pertaining to executive personnel.
