About the Position: This Human Resources Specialist position is located at U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command Headquarters, Human Resources Directorate G-1 with duty location of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. (merit)
What You'll Do
- →Plans, develops, administers, and evaluates command HR programs including outreach, recruitment, strategic planning, competency management, and workforce initiatives.
- →Provides expert guidance to commanders and directors on complex HR issues, policies, and strategic workforce decisions.
- →Collects, transforms, and analyzes HR data to identify trends, support decisions, and create dashboards and visualization tools.
- →Establishes human capital policies, conducts workforce studies, and identifies mission-critical skills and competency gaps.
- →Develops reports and evaluations to ensure HR programs align with Command Strategic Plan objectives and meet mission goals.
