What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a subject matter expert, consultant and lead HR Specialists ensuring that various HR functions and actions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- →You will be considered an expert in the Senior Executive Service Portfolio.
- →You will research, interpret, analyze and apply various guidelines, policies and regulation.
- →You will serve as a technical advisor to Department of Navy (DON) senior leadership and customers, providing advisory and support services on executive resources.
- →You will serve as the principal DON official and program manager for interaction with the Department of War and other agencies regarding executive personnel matters.
