About the Position: Serves as a senior Human Resources (HR) Specialist working in Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA), Health Services & DoWEA HR Directorate, East Bravo Staffing Service Center Commands supported for this recruitment include: Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) employees.
What You'll Do
- →Develops long and short-range staffing plans to meet forecasted mission requirements, human capital losses, changes in critical competencies availability of candidates, career development patterns, and reorganization proposals.
- →Advises management on recruitment strategies, sources, special programs, recruitment, relocation and retention incentive programs.
- →Provides guidance on merit system principles, prohibited personnel practices, the development and use of valid selection criteria in support of recruitment and placement processes.
- →Conducts briefings and/or informational sessions for managers or the workforce on human resource related topics to foster understanding and acceptance of new and/or revised HR regulations, policies and practices.
