The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources (HR) staffing specialist, responsible for providing recruitment and placement advice and guidance to managers in support of the installation Civilian Personnel Office.
What You'll Do
- →Performs the full range of Recruitment and Placement advisory services.
- →Provides staffing advisory services based on the serviced organization's local, regional, or national staffing priorities and takes proactive measures to anticipate management's needs.
- →Provides continuing technical advice and assistance to management on Human Resources Program.
- →Exercises knowledge and skill in applying HR methods, principles and evaluative methods / sufficient to advise on and/or resolve moderately complex problems.
