About the Role
This position is being filled under a stream-lined hiring authority, Title 21 of the United States Code (21 US Code 379d-3a) as amended by the 21st Century Cures Act of 2016, section 3072 and the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, Section 3624. The candidate selected for this position will serve under a career or career-conditional appointment and be paid under the provisions of this authority. This position is being recruited based on the Title 21 Pay Table 7, Band C (GS-13 equivalent).
What You'll Do
- →Utilizes automated staffing systems to manage new hire data, validate official onboarding documentation, and facilitate comprehensive data outputs in support of recruitment and staffing operations.
- →Serves as an in-house HR consultant, providing advisory services to hiring officials and management on complex personnel actions, staffing requirements, and compliance with Agency and OPM policy and regulatory requirements.
- →Plans, coordinates, and executes career and recruitment events on behalf of the Office of Talent Solutions, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and managing all logistics from conception through completion.
- →Collaborates with subject matter experts and leadership to develop strategic plans supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development goals, while tracking key performance indicators and conducting post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
- →Researches and analyzes employee records and HR systems to resolve complex staffing issues, prepare detailed documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and employment program requirements.
