What You'll Do
- →Maintaining and reviewing reasonable accommodation case files and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, Privacy Act compliance, and adherence to established regulations and policies while resolving routine and moderately complex issues using established guidance.
- →Providing advisory services and technical guidance to employees, applicants, managers, and supervisors regarding reasonable accommodation procedures, documentation requirements, and applicable policies while assisting stakeholders in resolving accommodation-related issues.
