About the Role
About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W1E8AA USA INTELLIGENCE CTR OF EXCELLENCE
What You'll Do
- →Provides advisory services and technical guidance on military human resources programs, policies, and procedures.
- →Analyzes military HR program operations to identify issues, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.
- →Reviews and interprets military personnel regulations, policies, and guidance to support organizational HR operations and management decisions.
- →Develops and implements military HR guidance, procedures, and program documentation in support of organizational requirements.
- →Coordinates military personnel actions and program requirements with internal and external organizations to support mission and readiness objectives.
- →Provides guidance, briefings, and interpretive assistance to managers and staff regarding military HR policies and program operations.
- →Conducts studies or reviews of military HR program areas to assess compliance, identify trends, and support mission requirements.
- →Prepares reports, briefings, correspondence, and recommendations regarding military HR program operations and personnel management issues.
