About the Role
You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Military) in the Reserve Medical Division of the Navy Personnel Command Reserve (NPC) Millington TN.
What You'll Do
- →You will apply Navy Reserve Polices an instructions to Medical hold (MEDHOLD) cases to ensure compliance with medical retention standards evaluate an organization's human resources program to identify program deficiencies.
- →You will utilize Microsoft data bases and share-point to track data; generating MEDHOLD status reports and providing them to Command.
- →You will draft correspondence to external stakeholders to resolve MEDHOLD related inquiries.
- →You will interpret Navy /DoW policy and Title 10 laws related to MEDHOLD adjudications and determinations.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: -Have successfully completed a masters or equivalent graduate degree.
- ✓OR -Have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a masters degree.
- ✓OR -Have obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.
- ✓OR -Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
