You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) in the MILITARY COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of BUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL.
What You'll Do
- →You will interpret current and proposed military personnel action regulations to determine the impact on an organization.
- →You will apply analytical and evaluative methods/techniques to solve military manpower and personnel problems.
- →You will recommend analytical-based initiatives to support implementation of strategic military workforce planning program goals.
