About the Role
About the Position: Serves as expert advisor and staff action officer at the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) level for the development of policies, concepts, guidelines, and supplementary instructions on U.S. Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) programs in the European theater. What You'll Do
- →Conduct broad surveys and studies to determine the effectiveness of regional HR programs.
- →Interpret Human Resources legislative guidance to prepare recommendations for management.
- →Conduct field visits to gather information for the development of HR projects.
- →Respond to official inquiries (such as: Inspector General IG) complaints or Congressional Inquiries) to ensure such inquiries are addressed.
- →Conduct personnel briefings or trainings to provide technical advice regarding Human Resource Programs.
- →Develop administrative policies related to civilian workers compensation program.
- →Respond to official inquiries to ensure they are addressed.
- →Serve as a member of survey teams to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
