The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Program Manager for a wide range of programs in the Civilian Development (CD) portfolio that focus on Department of the Air Force (DAF)-wide civilian employee leadership development and resource management.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as Program Manager for the Civilian Development (CD) Office.
- →Carries out various assignments affecting the annual CD nomination call and selection board.
- →Conducts advisory services for a wide range of stakeholders such as career field functional representatives, senior leadership, AF/A1, SF/S1, MAJCOM staff, career program registrants and applicants, and eligible employees.
- →Conducts special projects, initiatives, and assignments.
