The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources Specialist, Senior Civilian Human Resources (CHR) Policy Proponent, responsible for policies and programs pertaining to Civilian Human Resources Management.
What You'll Do
- →Develops CHR Policy.
- →Advises the Director of Civilian Force Management (A1C) on actions required to plan, implement and sustain its mission Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis on CHR programs.
- →Undertakes special studies, assists with projects, and carries out assigned missions of the very highest priority, many of which are of direct responsibility or concern to the A1C, DAF Senior Leaders or the Department of Defense (DoD) Represents the agency with external working groups regarding CHR matters
