You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) in the Workforce Relations & Analytics Department of COMPACFLT HRO NORTHWEST. What You'll Do
- →You will provide comprehensive and extensive advisory services.
- →You will conduct in-depth research and analysis associated with injury compensation standards established by Congress, Department of Labor (DOL), and Employment Compensation Advisory Board (ECAB) decisions.
- →You will implement injury compensation regulations and policies from DOL, Department of War (Do W), Department of the Navy (DON) Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) and relevant court decisions.
- →You will administer all facets of the FECA program, including compensation benefits, claims and case management, chargeback review and bill validation, and complex compensation determinations.
- →You will serve as consultant to management on all FECA matters with responsibility for resolving controversial, complex and difficult problem cases.
- →You will analyze and identify program trends and/or problem areas and recommend solutions.
- →You will provide technical-guidance and counseling to supervisors and employees regarding the considerations and procedures involved in reporting job related injuries/illnesses and the processing of compensation claims.
