You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT), Director, Civilian Human Resources office (DCHR). What You'll Do
- →You will execute Fleet wide-policy development and implementation.
- →You will administer the day-to-day of classification programs.
- →You will lead special projects, studies, and Fleet-wide assessments relating to a wide-range of classification matters.
- →You will assist in identifying and leading process improvement projects, process improvement teams and serves as a change agent for continuous process improvement related to the Classification program.
- →You will analyze problems and provide authoritative advice to the Director, Civilian Human Resources (DCHR) and Human Resources Office (HROs), and collaborate with stakeholders to address complex issues.
