The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Human Resources (HR Specialist in Classification with responsibility for planning, developing and carrying out the full range of position classification and position management advisory services.
What You'll Do
- →Provides position classification services to assigned organizations.
- →Provides position management advisory service in dealing with difficult, complex and often controversial position management issues.
- →Participates in special initiatives, studies, trainings and projects.
- →Prepares written correspondence and other documentation.
