About the Role
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the Military Sealift Command (MSC), Total Force Management Program Office (N1) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will conduct position classification and position management reviews of positions and organizational structures, explaining recommendations and determinations in order to defuse and resolve situations or disputes overs decisions.
- →You will provide technical input as appropriate in resolving potential conflicts with classification principles and practices.
- →You will plan and conduct classification studies to identify short- and long-range position classification and position management needs.
- →You will interpret classification and position management principles as they apply to local situations.

- ✓GS-07: Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education leading to a master's degree -OR- Successful achievement of a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement. -OR- A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
